A Night to Remember is a thoughtfully designed prom for people with disabilities, age 14 and older.
Every guest receives VIP treatment with a personal host, dinner, and dancing.
Other highlights include a red carpet entrance, DJ, photo booth, karaoke stage, and more. It will definitely be A Night to Remember!

After checking in your guests at the event, you are welcome to stay with your guests during the party, pick them up at the end of the night, or enjoy the evening in our Respite Room.
Our Respite Room is a quiet, refreshing area with snacks, giveaways, and some friendly games. Dinner will be available in the main dining area.

We believe that every person matters. It’s our privilege to serve the special needs community, whom are often overlooked and left out, and we look forward to giving every guest A Night To Remember!

A Night to Remember is a prom event designed for adults with disabilities in Philadelphia and surrounding areas.
At Epic, it’s our privilege and passion to serve the special needs community, and we look forward to giving every guest A Night To Remember!
Our VIP guests will be treated to dinner and enjoy a variety of activities, including dancing, karaoke, photo booth, and more.
Best of all, each of our honored guests will enjoy the 1-on-1 care of an assigned “buddy” as their host throughout the evening!

Any guest with disability, aged 14 or older, is welcome to register to attend!
Epic Church has extended invitations to a number of groups, organizations, and individuals in our region who have disabilities or serve those with special needs.
If you would like to invite someone to attend, please have them visit our website for details and to register.

A Night to Remember is a great opportunity to invite friends, family, and co-workers to volunteer with you.
Volunteers do not need to be affiliated with Epic Church.
We will advise on clearances needed when you sign up to volunteer.
All Volunteers must be middle school age or older, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian for the entirety of the event. (Anyone under the age of 18, please only sign up on the “Youth Team” when making your selection.)
