What is ALL IN?
ALL IN is a two-year growth journey toward greater devotion to Jesus and reaching our full potential as individuals and as a church.
We are inviting every person in our church to participate by watching the messages, taking the spiritual health assessment, and giving to advance the mission.

Last year I invited our church to join me on a two-year growth journey toward TOTAL DEVOTION and reaching our FULL POTENTIAL.
We challenged our church to go ALL IN with their faith by committing to take steps toward loving God with all of our heart, soul, mind, and strength AND to give generously so that we can advance the mission of our church and make a difference in our city.
We've come a long way in this journey and have made a lot of progress but the challenge still stands and now it's time to FINISH STRONG.
In these final 12 months of ALL IN I want to ask you to lean in and get the most out of what God wants to do IN and THROUGH you. You have no idea how significant living in total devotion to Jesus can be.
So, whether you're still going strong from last year, have stumbled along the way, or are just hearing about ALL IN for the first time, I believe we can rise to the challenge and TOGETHER finish even stronger than we started.

ADVANCE THE MISSION
Through our combined generosity and sacrifice, we want to come together and give $5.8 million by April 2025 to fully fund our ministry plan and impact more people.
KEY INITIATIVES
THE NEXT GENERATION
We want to better serve families and kids—from birth through high school—with improvements to environments and ministries.
CHURCH ONLINE
We really believe Epic Everywhere is a critical component to our success now and in the future. To that end, we want to continue to innovate and develop our online strategy and programming.

Every church has a reputation. We want Epic to be known for the way we love and serve our city so that our communities know we’re here, are glad we’re here, and are better off because we’re here.
BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS
We’ve invested significantly in renovating our Roxborough location but there are still projects associated with the building that need to be funded to optimize the facility to serve our needs.
EXPANDING OUR STAFF TEAM
We’re fortunate to have an amazing staff. As Epic grows, it’s important that we continue to add great people to our team to help lead us forward in key areas.

In addition, participation in the ALL IN Sunday message series will help to guide and grow you toward understanding what it means to be totally devoted to God.

ALL IN is for everyone. We want 100% of those who are connected to Epic to engage in this growth journey.

Through the ALL IN and ALL IN: Finish Strong message series, we are challenging our church to commit to prioritizing their relationship with God and take steps to grow in their faith.
Along the way, we are providing helpful resources, such as the Spiritual Health Assessment, teaching content, and other spiritually-focused opportunities that will support you.

The financial component serves two purposes:
It’s about funding our future. ALL IN positions our church to reach our full potential and impact our city in greater ways than ever before.
It’s about our heart. Jesus taught, “Where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” (Matthew 6:21) He knew that the one thing that would fight the hardest for the affections of our heart would be our money. And so we’re going to grow in our generosity because that is essential to giving our full devotion to Jesus.
