Group Leader Application
Thank you for your interest in leading a Group!
We believe that to grow spiritually, people have to be connected relationally. Group leaders lead the way in connecting people in those relationships that inspire them to follow Jesus. You now get to be that person for your Group.
Our Group Application process consists of 3 steps:
1. Apply
2. Interview
3. Get Equipped

1️⃣ Apply
There are 2 things you’ll need to do to apply:
Leadership Agreement
As followers of Jesus and leaders in the church, we strive to honor God in the way we live and lead.

Application
In the application, you’ll indicate what areas you prefer to serve with and supply other needed information.
2️⃣ Interview
Once we receive your application, one of our Groups Directors will reach out to you. In this conversation, they will explain more about our ministry strategy, talk through scheduling, and answer any questions you may have.
3️⃣ Get Equipped
After your interview, you’ll be sent resources to help you prepare for your time as Group leader. We’ll be there to help at every point along the way. 👊
