Epic has been accredited by the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability, which means we hold to the highest levels of financial integrity and accountability.

Epic engages in an annual audit or review by an outside independent accounting firm to ensure the accuracy of our financial records and that we have safeguards and sound financial controls and practices in place. This is one of the ways we demonstrate transparency and integrity in our financial practices.

Giving FAQ

  • Your giving supports our mission to see every person in the city follow Jesus.

    Your giving does matter and makes a significant difference in the many lives impacted by the ministry of Epic Church.

  • The best way to give is to set up recurring giving online.

    The most cost-effective method of giving is the “bank account” option. This method has the lowest processing costs which allows us to put more of your gift to work in ministry.

  • To give stocks or cryptocurrency, simply select the appropriate option in the dropdown list when giving online and follow the prompts.

    Donating shares of stock offers an important tax advantage. If you have held the shares for at least a year, you’ll be able to avoid paying tax on any capital gains you’ve earned and will receive charitable donation credit for the current value of the shares, not the purchased value.

    A cryptocurrency gift is one of the most tax-efficient ways to give to Epic. Because donating cryptocurrency is a non-taxable event, you don't owe capital gains tax on the appreciated amount, and you can deduct it from your taxes.

    We will also email you a giving statement by January 31 of the following calendar year.
